Fitness makes perfect, or?

Finally been to the gym again, first time in like 2 weeks :( Damn it, I'm loosing all strenght and everything! Sucks to feel like you are on square -10 when you've been in pretty good shape.. I'll just have to start working on this. My everyday workout consist of walking my 39 steps up to my room and down again a few times a day, compared to when I got up at 5 to get a workout before work.. Where did the motivation go?!

Okay, I've been there today, now I just have to stick with it and I'll see results again I'm sure!
